Award Listings, News March 2021

Over £1.9 million awarded to organisations across Scotland

We are delighted to announce the latest recipients of funding since the launch of our new strategy in 2020.

£1,990,260 was awarded to 62 organisations in the latest awards to be made under our new strategy which launched at the end of September 2020. Our award announcements will now be monthly and anyone who would like to receive these directly to their inbox can do so by signing up to our mailing list.

If you would like to find out more about our funds, please click here. Currently, our funding is aimed at constituted community groups and registered charities who are working to alleviate poverty and trauma in Scotland, and who have an annual income of under £2 million. We have five funds under our new strategy: Wee Grants, Small Grants, Large Grants, Community Buildings and Community Vehicles. Each of these funds is designed to be clear, transparent and accessible to meet the needs of those we fund and potential applicants, and make sure our funding is targeted.

Each of the organisations below demonstrated in their application how their work is contributing to the alleviation of poverty and trauma in Scotland. To bring this to life, we have included how the organisation's work relates to at least one our three themes; financial wellbeing, emotional wellbeing and relationships and educational and work pathways.
