Facilities hire

Find out about hiring conferencing facilities, meeting venues and office space at Robertson House in Glasgow and The Barracks in Stirling.

We provide support to Scotland’s thriving third sector in very practical ways – by providing high-quality, modern spaces for working and meeting, at affordable rates to suit organisations large and small.

Robertson House Glasgow

The Trust’s home since 2013, Robertson House is also a thriving charity hub offering high-quality, affordable meeting spaces and office rental for Scottish charities. We share our six-storey building with 25 charitable organisations of all sizes and welcome over 7,000 visitors each year.

The café, serving barista coffee and fresh meals, provides a lively and informal space for office tenants and visitors. The café also supplies hospitality to the meeting rooms as required

The Barracks, Stirling

Free bookings for grant holders: From 14th February to 26th August 2022, we are running a test phase in which eligible grant holders (organisations that have received or had funding pledged since October 2020 under our current strategy) are able to make a booking at The Barracks free of charge. We are also extending access to our tenants and charities based in the complex on a paid basis, and will host beneficiary events over this period. The Barracks is not taking any other external bookings at this time.

We will use this test phase to gauge demand for meeting space from more than 600 charities and constituted groups throughout Scotland. By extending our support to the use of our facilities, we aim to help eligible grant holders from Scotland’s third sector and communities, recognising their invaluable work during the pandemic in supporting people and places facing the hardships of poverty and trauma in Scotland.
