Feedback is collected anonymously and reviewed organisations are encouraged to respond to comments. This is part of a mission to create more impact for communities with fair funding practices.
Whistleblowing Concerns about organisations we fund or work with should be raised directly with the organisation concerned in the first instance, using its own complaints procedure.
