Work Pathways

We want to see a Scotland where paid work is a more reliable route out of poverty. While employability is important, simply getting people into work is not enough: too often, jobs do not protect people from falling below the poverty line.

Available Funding

We are particularly interested in work that focuses on the following priorities:

  • supports people experiencing or at risk of experiencing poverty with the transition through education and training into good or fair work
  • supports people experiencing or at risk of experiencing poverty with the skills they require to secure good and fair work
  • addresses the financial and other significant barriers to employment, training and work.

Find out more about how to apply here.

We currently do not have any open calls for our Programme Awards.
