Robertson House Glasgow

Our home on Bath Street is a thriving charity hub offering high-quality, affordable meeting spaces along with office rental for Scottish charities.

The onsite café serves barista coffee and fresh meals and provides a lively and informal space for office tenants and visitors. The café also supplies hospitality to the meeting rooms as required.

Office and desk hire

Desk hire: We currently desks available for hire at a cost of approximately £197.80 per month excl. VAT and fixed common charges of £69.00 excl. vat per month. 

Service charges include: electricity, water usage, recycling service, office cleaning, building security, building insurance, Wi-Fi broadband, desk furniture (one desk, one operator’s chair, one set of desk drawers), and a telephone handset with direct dial telephone number.

Office suites: We currently have two units available at Robertson House. 

Ground Floor unit
  • Size (sq ft) 2,355
  • Rent (Per sq ft: £13.07), (Annual Cost: £30,779.85). Fixed for term of lease.
  • Service Charge (Per sq ft: £4.20), (Annual Cost: £9,891.00). Increased based on CPI percentage, applied from 1st April each year.
  • Common charge (Annual Cost: £26,656.00). Our Current predicted cost for 24/25 year (common charge includes electricity, security, cleaning, insurance and water rates)
  • TOTAL COST: £67,326.85
  • Council non-domestic rates (Annual Cost £20,542.50). You can apply to Glasgow City Council for full rates relief for your organisation (80% mandatory relief, 20% discretionary relief)
  • Features: Open plan area, own kitchen and toilets, and two meeting rooms within office unit. Access to 10 meeting rooms in building booked on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
Third Floor Unit
  • Size (sq ft) 1,020
  • Rent (per sq ft: £13.07), (Annual Cost: £13,331.40). Fixed for term of lease.
  • Service Charge (per sq ft: £4.20), (Annual Cost: £4,284.00). Increase based on CPI percentage, applied from 1st April each year.
  • Common Charge (Annual Cost: £11,546.00). Our current predicted cost for 24/25 year (common charge includes electricity, security, cleaning, insurance and water rates)
  • TOTAL COST: £29,161.40
  • Council non domestic rates (Annual Cost: £6,673.20). You can apply to Glasgow City Council for full rates relief for your organisation (80% mandatory relief, 20% discretionary relief).
  • Features: Open plan office area, access to communal kitchen and toilets on the third floor. Access to 10 meeting rooms in building booked on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
