Diversity of staff, trustees and grant holders

As part of our commitment to equity, diversity, participation and rights (EDPR), we collect annual diversity data from our staff, trustees and grant holders.

This helps us to better understand how representative we are, track change over time, and hold ourselves accountable to the values we’ve set out in our work. It also supports our commitment to transparency, made through the Foundation Practice Rating.

2025 is the first year we’ve publicly shared this data, and we’re committed to continuing to do so in future years.

Our anonymous staff/trustee survey covers a range of characteristics including ethnicity, gender, disability, age and sexual orientation, in line with the DEI Data Standard.

Our 2025 survey was completed by 40 members of staff (71% at time of survey). Our trustee data will available soon.
