Requests for Main and Major (revenue and capital) awards are considered at four Giving Committee meetings over the course of each year. The closing date for our December Giving Committee is:

Requests for all other types of award (small, continuation 2 & 3, continuation 4 & 5) are assessed as part of a rolling programme with no specific deadlines. We aim to ensure that applicants are advised of the Trust’s decision within approximately 8 weeks of receipt of your request. Find out more about applying here.

We make every effort to ensure that all applications received by this date are considered at the next scheduled meeting, but subject to the level of demand for funding this may not be possible. We would therefore encourage applicants to send in their requests as soon as they are ready to increase the likelihood of being considered at your preferred Giving Committee. If this is likely to cause your organisation or project significant difficulties, please contact a member of the Giving team to discuss.
