Reframing Care Experience and Concept of Care

A partnership with CELCIS and the Life Changes Trust to ‘reframe’ how children’s social care (looked after children and care leavers) in Scotland is conceptualised and presented in public and political discourse, with the aim of facilitating improved public understanding of the issues affecting vulnerable children and families, and of the policy solutions available. The anticipated long term outcome as a result of this work is that young people (and their families) who have experience of the care system are given the most appropriate support and that they are enabled to become valuable and valued members of their communities.
