This section of the website is for charities which have received a donation from the Trust. In 2007, The Robertson Trust commissioned Evaluation Support Scotland to re-write our monitoring and evaluation materials. Our two main aims were to simplify the process for charities in receipt of a donation whilst providing the Trust with the information required to enable us to monitor the impact of your work.

All charities given a one year donation are asked to report back on the use to which this donation was put. The End of Year Report Guidance will help charities to write a report which meets the requirements of the Trust.

All charities in receipt of multi-year funding are asked to set targets and outcomes for their work in the coming year. These have to be approved by the Trust before the donation is released. At the end of the year, the charity will be asked to report back on these and set new targets for the next year. The Target and Outcome Setting Form provides advice on how to do this and a form to complete and return.
